Part exchange applies to professional-grade diagnostic tools only, with an original retail value of £800 + VAT or more.
Trade-in tools must have been commercially available within the last 8 years and be in working condition.
Trade-in tools must be returned with a completed trade-in form within 14 days of the Thinkcar tool being activated.
Upon successful validation of the trade-in, the customer will receive an additional 12 months of software updates.
Failure to return the trade-in tool within 14 days may result in the extra subscription being withdrawn or charged.
