I previously had the Autel MS908S Pro from Alex at Impact Diagnostics. I recently changed this to the new MS 909, again from Alex. The older tool got me set off on my own, with my new business. It was absolutely faultless, and Alex’s support likewise. So I had no hesitation in buying the new Autel from him also. I wanted the MS909 for a few different reasons, and thought that would be about it. However, it showed itself to have way more extras than I anticipated! Very soon after taking delivery of the tool, I had a job to do on a very recent BMW X2. The car in question had an AdBlue system fault. The fault code set, came with a description, and then in another menu. A test plan, built into the tool. With some tests and checks, that the tool could do, and also some deeper information on what the fault code referred to etc. On opening up a menu in this section, it came up with the genuine manufacturer wiring diagram. For the AdBlue tank module, with connector assignments, wire colours, pins etc! This was not something I expected from the tool, and saved me all kinds of hassle. Ordinarily I would have had to make a return to that job (I’m mobile). That’s after an information request having to be sent into a data supplier I subscribe to. Printing out said documents, and so on. Instead the vehicle was diagnosed and proven what the repair would be. Right at the time I first assessed the issue. A really strong tool, and absolutely my “first out the box” option on any job. As mentioned, I have a number of tools and equipment through Alex at Impact. He is my first port of call in almost all instances. He comes highly recommended by me!
